SEAN BAKER NAMED HEAD COACH, ALEX AXON COMPETING, PAN-CDA DISTANCE & OPEN WATER TEAM, SPAIN

MAC Head Coach Sean Baker and MAC swimmer Alexander Axon are heading to Mallorca, Spain as part of the Pan-Canada Provincial Distance and Open Water team  this spring. Following the Canadian Swimming Trials (April 5-10, Victoria BC), Alex qualified and was selected by Swim Ontario to attend the Pan-Canada Provincial Distance and Open Water Camp, taking place at the 2022 BestFest Open Water Festival, in Mallorca. Coach Sean was named as Lead Coach to the Ontario contingent of the national team and will accompany the entire Canadian Pan Canada Provincial distance team.  The International training and racing opportunity is made possible by Swimming Canada in collaboration with Swim Ontario and other participating provincial organizations.  The tour dates are May 26 to June 4, 2022.
