- Wednesday October 29th from 11am-1pm
- Wednesday November 5th from 11am-1pm
- Saturday November 8th at MPAC from 8am-9:30am with swim caps (if you want tshirts and/or officials shirts please email info email and advise details and will bring for pick up)
- Wednesday November 12th from 11am-1pm
- Wednesday November 19th from 11am-1pm
- Saturday November 22nd from 9am-11am
- Wednesday November 26th from 11am-1pm
